AGREEMENT: The All Faculty Association (“AFA”) and the Sonoma County Junior College District (“District”) have reached the subsequent Agreement, also identified as the “All Faculty Association/Sonoma Srjc County Junior College .
Srjc Automatic Reopeners
Automatic Reopeners: Automatic reopeners will comprise:Article 31: Working Conditions—General Conditions of Employment Additional Reopeners: AFA and the District may each commence four (4) further articles during this three-year period. Additional articles may be opened by consensus but require a sunshine period. Srjc The Vice President of Academic Affairs will alert AFA of its intention to revise, revoke, or set up a policy, procedure, or board-sanctioned plan to evaluate its correlation to the bargaining scope. In cases where AFA has the right to negotiate, articles that are opened will be done so by consensus. All articles necessitate a sunshine period prior to the commencement of negotiations.

Competent jurisdiction concludes
If a court of competent jurisdiction concludes that any elements of this Agreement to the Contract are unlawful, AFA and the District agree that those elements will be regarded as void and invalid, while all other elements not adjudicated will remain in full force and effect Srjc .

Srjc Sonoma County Junior College District District has reached the subsequent agreement, also known as the “All Faculty Association/Sonoma County Junior College District Contract.” AFA and the District engage in this Agreement to the Contract as per Chapter 10.7 (beginning with Section 3540) of the Government Code.

Srjc If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provisions of this Agreement to the Contract to be illegal, AFA and the District agree that those provisions will be considered void and invalid, while all other provisions not adjudicated will continue to be in full force and effect.
